Real Fans Don't Miss Kickoff

This blog is written by a plain, old fan. I’m no better than you. I sit in Section 529, drink beer, eat stale popcorn, buy my own tickets and don’t have my name on my jersey. I go to the games because I love my team, not because I want to be seen.

I’m tired of so-called superfans who feel the need to stage silly protests to show their displeasure with the direction the team is headed in.

To me, the answer is simple : if you don’t want to go, don’t go.

Oh, and real fans don’t miss kickoff.
