We received our first photo of a banner from the game. This submission from Amanda in Section 506 is really pretty good. You’ve got to love the the way she’s improved her blanket and sent a message to DPM.
Please Note : I’m not able to update on Facebook, but I can post links. So if you’re looking for me there, I’m only going to be here for now. And Twitter.
Well, I’m down here in the Muni Lot (second lot almost to the end) in a light blue school bus and a wine colored canopy with Browns banners and flags attached. Open invitation to everyone to stop down, grab some hot coffee and a donut this afternoon. I’ll be firing up the smoker at 2:30 and the grill around 4pm. Please, stop on by and say hello – but don’t stay too long, because Real Fans Don’t Miss Kickoff!
It’s Game Day and we’ve now got over 1100 supporters following us on our Facebook Group. If you haven’t already joined, please send a message to the players and the world that there’s no way you’re sitting out THIS kickoff! Let’s see if we can get this number to 2,001 today!
Don’t let a select few speak for YOU. Be there early, be there loud, and be there proud. Then tell 10 friends about this website, our Facebook Group, and our movement to fill the stadium for kickoff for tonight’s nationally-televised Monday Night Game.

All of these downloads would be perfect for printing out on the copier at work, the office laser printer, or running them down to FedEx Office or your local sign shop to get some banners to display on the lower bowl or as signs to carry during the game. (Ken, thanks for the art! Great work!)
We’ve jumped from 770 friends on Facebook to 925 in under 24 hours. In fact, we may eclipse our SUNDAY goal of 1,000 by the end of the day TODAY. This would give us Sunday and Monday until kickoff to double the list and bring our ranks to 2,001 – a single voice larger than the list of alleged emails Dawg Pound Mike delivered to Randy Lerner a week and a half ago.
Incredible effort folks! Don’t forget to invite friends via Facebook and Twitter (plus use the hash tag #dontmisskickoff )
We’ve got two GREAT downloads from supporters both in Ohio and now Florida. These would be perfect for printing out on the copier at work, the office laser printer, or running them down to FedEx Office or your local sign shop to get some banners to display on the lower bowl or as signs to carry during the game.
Here’s the first one. Nice and simple, but very effective and right to the point. (and here’s the second one). These would be great either as large banners or as handheld signs in the Dawg Pound where the cameras are likely to be pointing at kickoff.
Here’s the second one from a graphic designer in Ft. Myers, Florida who wants to be a part of the action. It would be unbelievable if someone could get this on ESPN for him Monday Night. (Download the large version here)
We’re doing great, but we’re falling short of the goal of 2,001. WE NEED YOU! Join us and let’s make it 1000 by Sunday night, then double it on Monday to take it to 2001! By reaching the 2001 goal, we’ll surpass the alleged pile of email messages self-proclaimed “superfan” Dawg Pound Mike delivered to Browns owner Randy Lerner stating that they agree with everything DPM has been saying on his national media tour about boycotting the team at kickoff this Monday. Join our Facebook Group to get us to 2001!
Plus, follow us on Twitter – @dontmisskickoff – (and be sure to use the hash tag #dontmisskickoff today on Follow Friday!
Let’s pack the stadium this Monday night and support our team – AT KICKOFF!

Dawg Pound Mike today called on those boycotting the Browns Monday Night Football kickoff to refrain from resorting to violence and physical attacks to make their point. Wonderful. I feel safer already.
No matter what Dawg Pound Mike demands of us, I’ll be there for kickoff. Count on it.
